Cielo  started to practice yoga in 2002 when she was in her second year of university. She was fascinated about this ancient art of the body, mind and spirit. Her curiosity drew her to complete a 200hr Hatha yoga training in 2005 and another 200hr yoga training of Ashtanga based vinyasa yoga in 2006. In 2008, she traveled to Kaivalyadhama, the oldest yoga Intitute in the world, for another 200hr advanced teacher training course. She started teaching yoga since then and keeps learning and growing as a yoga teacher.

After the teacher training in India, Cielo began to explore other healing modalities in her own tradition - Taichi. This ancient internal martial art practice is so mysterious to her. To experience the most authentic teachings, she decided to embark on a journey to the chen village, where the Chen- style Tai Chi originated. She ended up staying there for 3 months, training intensivly every day. Later upon returning to her home town, she met up with the Chen-style Tai Chi national champion and studied  Taichi and Health Qigong with him daily for another three years before immigrating to Canada in 2015.

Cielo is now studying acupuncture and Chinese herbs in Oshio college. She believes the energy map underneath Taichi and Qigong is the Yin-Yang theory, meridian system and other Chinese traditional medicine foundations.

Cielo’s teaching style is lively and fusion. As she keeps learning various body-mind practices in her life,  she is intergrating the different layers of body energy map.
