Reflective Spring Awaking Yoga Series

Join us for an enriching Reflective Spring Awakening Yoga Series, designed to help you embrace the energy of renewal and growth as we transition into spring. Over the course of two months, we will meet once a week, exploring nine transformative classes that blend mindful movement with inner reflection.

Each session will begin with a grounding meditation, inviting you to set intentions for your practice and the season ahead. Through a carefully curated flow of poses, you will cultivate awareness and connection to your body, while encouraging emotional release and personal growth.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on your journey, noticing how each movement resonates within you. We will conclude each class with a guided meditation that fosters gratitude and encourages you to carry the energy of renewal into your daily life.

This series is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice while gaining insight into their inner selves. Come ready to awaken your spirit and flow into the vibrant possibilities of spring!


Our Intention

We offer yoga & taichi classes for small groups so that we can tailor to the level of the participants, create community and inspire each other. At Lumina, classes are taught as a meditative and therapeutic practice, focusing on bringing awareness to the breath and connecting with ourselves through our bodies as we work with postures and movement.
