Shinrin Yoku & Tea

  • francis king park (map)

Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese term for Forest Bathing.

Slow down and experience the presence of giant trees and other forest beings with our calm and tender spirited guide, Kashif. We will draw upon meditation and mindfulness practices, as a way to tune up our senses and connect deeply with nature.

To start, there will be a guided meditation to help us stay present and mindful throughout the experience. We will then alternate between walking silently and taking breaks as needed. In the end, we will gather around and enjoy a cup of organic tea mindfully.
