Are we lost?

Have you noticed that people around us including ourselves seem to feel increasingly lost and confused? It’s as though the values, belief systems, and authorities we once trusted no longer hold universal truth. The ever-changing world — marked by the collapse of religion, political trust, and societal stability — leaves us questioning. Who do we turn to when we seek answers to life’s deepest questions?

What is the purpose of life?
What is right or wrong?
Who am I?

As we awaken to the infinite perspectives of truth, we may feel liberated, yet simultaneously disoriented, as if thrust into a void — a space of emptiness and uncertainty. The unpredictability of our times only deepens this feeling. How will artificial intelligence reshape our careers, relationships, and consciousness? Will we still have jobs in five years? Where can we live that feels safe from wildfires, floods, and earthquakes? We are surrounded by so many unknowns.

So, what can we do amidst the storm?
The answer lies in the eye of the storm.

Realign yourself, over and over again. Pause and ask:

  • Do my thoughts, feelings, and actions align with my true self?

  • Am I being authentic, or am I unconsciously playing a role shaped by the collective unconsciousness?

As we collectively awaken to a new world, we must remember that the only way out is within. Go inward every day. Connect with nature, tune into the Earth’s rhythms, and cut out the noise. This storm, like all storms, shall pass. The growing pains we experience now are temporary.

In this time of transformation, carve your own unique way of thinking, feeling, and acting. Shed the layers of societal expectations, and trust that it’s okay to dwell in the unknown. In fact, the unknown can be exhilarating.

After all, the way we perceive the world is a mirror of our inner state. The more we fear, the more fearful things seem. But the more we embrace curiosity, the more we welcome the shadows within us, the more we can expand into new, untapped parts of ourselves. Morph. Grow. Evolve.

May we all find the courage to live as our truest, most authentic selves.
