For myself and for humanity, here are my intentions for the new year to come !

Waking up at 4:30 a.m. on a remote island, I step into a world woven with starlight. The cosmos whispers, and I find myself both empty and full—connected to something vast and ancient.

In letting go, we move beyond survival and step into a new paradigm—one of thriving and expanding. The adventure of transformation begins not with resistance but with a willingness to trust the unfolding of life, one miraculous step at a time.

Ego likes to cling on to our painful experiences and emplify it. How to come out of our self made stories and free?
